Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to serve as the face of our retail clinics nationwide. You will help patients hear better by supporting the clinic to reach revenue goals, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating patient interactions.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing 50–75 daily calls, scheduling appointments, collecting insurance information, handling orders and payments, maintaining supplies and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound calls, 50-75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• PPI intake and processing.
• Collect and verify medical insurance information.
• Ordering and receiving office supplies.
• Payment processing.
• Hearing aid supplies inventory management.
• Maintain office cleanliness.
• Uphold HIPAA standards.
