HearingLife seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics nationwide, delivering a positive patient experience and supporting clinic revenue goals by attracting new patients and coordinating administrative tasks.

Daily duties include welcoming patients, 50–75 calls per day, scheduling appointments, collecting insurance information, processing payments, and maintaining HIPAA compliance, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with EMR and scheduling software.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients with high level of customer service.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls (50–75 per day).
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• PPI intake and processing.
• Collect and verify medical insurance information for patients.
• Order and receive office supplies.
• Process payments.
• Manage hearing aid supplies inventory.
• Maintain office cleanliness.
• Uphold HIPAA standards.
