• Verify insurance eligibility and enter patient data into EMR accurately.
• Collect charges and manage payments; review accounts for accuracy.
• Communicate wait times and coordinate with care teams for smooth visits.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, patient-ready front desk area.
• Support retention through recall and follow-up on appointments.
