You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, input data in EMR, and support billing and reconciliation processes. Strong communication and multi-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as primary contact.

• Verify insurance and enter patient data in EMR.
• Run reports to ensure charges are billed and up to date.
• Coordinate with clinical teams for smooth transitions.
