Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient scheduling, enter complete information, book and confirm appointments.
• Operate multi-line telephone systems for clinical and retail services.
• Screen calls, relay messages, and direct patients to staff; follow up as needed.
• Process patient-reported outcome measures and assist with insurance/registration issues.
• Maintain scheduling templates and updates; check-out follow-up appointments.
