Job summary

Talentify seeks a Customer Communications Specialist to interact with patients and providers, answering questions, resolving issues, and identifying ongoing product/service needs while ensuring compliance with physician directions.

You will document calls, enter orders, verify demographics, and assist with employee training. A HS diploma or GED and basic computer entry are required; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds may be needed; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
