Job summary

Talentify is seeking a healthcare customer service associate to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and determine ongoing product/service needs in a physician-guided environment.

The role includes documenting calls, entering orders, and verifying demographic data while supporting compliance with physician directions. Training may be provided for new staff, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Read and analyze patient orders and related documents.
• Understand pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients.
• Assist in training employees.
• Calculate doses and frequencies.
• Follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Assess needs for additional products/services and compliance with physician orders.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products/services.
• Document calls in the system and enter orders.
• Verify and update demographic information in records.
