Job summary

Talentify is seeking a customer service representative who will contact customers to answer questions, verify orders, and support physician-directed care.

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, documenting interactions, and entering orders into a computerized system, while ensuring accuracy of demographic data. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required, with training and benefits provided by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related training.
• Computer data entry experience required.
• Must meet licensing requirements for location.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system.
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services.
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services.
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records.
