Job summary

Accendra Health in Bothell, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to educate patients on products and services, resolve issues, and place supply orders in a high-volume call center.

You will review orders, contact patients and referrals, and work with healthcare teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPIs.
• Perform other duties as required.
