Accendra Health is hiring to support patients in a high-volume inbound call center. You will educate on products and services, process orders, and address concerns while maintaining strong patient relations.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and navigating multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.

Aufgaben

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools to assist in order entry.
• Service patients with full product knowledge of Byram therapies.
• Communicate with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals, and sales.
• Meet required KPIs and perform additional duties as needed.
