Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. in Bothell, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a positive patient experience in a high-volume inbound center. You will educate patients on products and therapies, process orders, and collaborate with referrals, healthcare professionals and the sales team.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; on-site with potential hybrid after six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to navigate multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s.
• Perform other duties as required.
