Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a patient-focused representative to deliver a positive customer service experience. You will educate patients on products, listen to concerns, and place supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, processing orders, making outbound calls as needed, and using product knowledge to assist patients and colleagues. Accurate communication and KPI attainment are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive Inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals
• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI's
• Perform other duties as required
