Accendra Health in the United States is seeking a customer service representative to educate patients on products and services, handle inbound inquiries, and place supply orders in a high-volume call center.

You'll build rapport with patients and referrals, meet KPI targets, and collaborate with teammates, healthcare professionals, and the sales team. The role offers benefits and opportunities to grow within Accendra Health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Call center experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and able to navigate multiple platforms
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies
• Strong customer service skills to resolve patient concerns
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team
• Consistently meet required KPI’s
• Perform other duties as required
