Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients in-store.
• Greet customers and identify needs to facilitate sales.
• Maintain patient records confidential and HIPAA-compliant.
• Assist with lab tasks and edging as needed.
• Schedule appointments and resolve patient issues.
