Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand is seeking a store associate to greet patients, deliver outstanding service, and facilitate sales while supporting seamless collaboration between the retail and clinical teams.

The role requires an associate degree or higher and 2+ years of customer service experience. You will interact with a diverse patient base, manage appointments, and help ensure timely delivery of eyewear in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport, and empathize with patients.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Collaborative spirit while building respectful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/customers and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience and promote products/services.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; enter patient history and perform basic pre-tests and assessments.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and communicate status of all jobs.
• Maintain brand standards and perform housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with lens edging, assembly, and on-time delivery of eyewear.
• Monitor lab area for equipment issues and order accuracy; report malfunctions.
• Track delivery times to ensure commitments are met and maintain 100% readiness.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
