Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to be the pivotal first touchpoint in-store, guiding patients from clinical services to retail. You will provide outstanding customer service, support sales, and collaborate with the clinical and retail teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role requires an associate degree or higher certification and 2+ years of customer service. A supportive, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth in a leading optical retailer.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and facilitate sales.
• Foster a partnership between the retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule appointments, enter patient history, and perform pre-tests.
• Assist management with complaint resolution and status updates.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping.
• Assist with lens edging and delivering orders on time.
• Monitor lab area and report equipment issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
