Stanton Optical, a fast-growing retail optical provider, seeks a Doctor’s Technician to ensure a smooth patient flow and excellent service at our on-site store. You will support both retail and clinical teams, assist with appointments, tests, and lens work, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive service and efficient operations.

You will promote eyewear products, resolve patient inquiries, and help deliver timely orders while upholding brand standards and mission values.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, rapport-building, and empathy with patients.
• Collaborative spirit and respectful relationships with team and patients.
• Results-driven, able to multitask and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers on entry, identify needs, and promote products/services.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history in the system; perform basic tests.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards with housekeeping and lab area duties.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure on-time order delivery.
• Report equipment issues and ensure accurate orders and lab quality.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
