Now Optics, doing business as Stanton Optical Brand, seeks a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, identify needs, and facilitate a smooth handoff between retail and clinical services. You will drive sales while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced optical environment.

You will perform basic pre-tests, support eyewear assembly, manage appointment scheduling, and uphold brand standards. A positive, patient-focused attitude is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication with diverse groups; active listening and empathy.
• Proactive problem solving and collaboration with teams.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Driven by customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote services and products.
• Foster partnership between retail and clinical services teams.
• Schedule appointments, record patient history, and perform pre-tests.
• Assist with complaint resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with lab and eyewear assembly.
• Ensure on-time delivery of orders and comfort of the customer experience.
