Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma, or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote available products and services.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history, perform pre-tests and basic eye tests.
• Assist management with complaint resolution and keep patients informed on status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping and lab duties.
• Edge lenses and assemble eyewear to ensure on-time delivery.
• Notify management of equipment issues or order problems.
