Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification required or pursuing
• 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers on entry, identify needs and promote services and products
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams
• Schedule appointments and document patient history and nonclinical tests
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and ensure expectations are met
• Maintain brand standards in store and lab areas and ensure timely delivery of eyewear
