Stanton Optical is seeking a customer-focused team member to greet patients, drive sales, and support both retail and clinical services. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service and coordinating promotions and products.

You will perform pre-tests, schedule appointments, and assist with eyewear assembly while maintaining brand standards. This position offers growth within a fast-growing national eye-care retailer.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport and empathize with patients.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work with a team.
• Driven by results, able to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience while promoting products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; enter patient history; perform pre-tests and related measurements and tests.
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and update status of all jobs.
• Maintain brand standards with basic housekeeping duties and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Assist in lab operations: edge lenses, assemble frames, and notify management of issues in the lab.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance with service promises.
• Other duties as assigned.
