Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a smooth experience from clinical services to the retail team.

You will greet patients, answer questions, schedule appointments, and support the store in achieving goals while maintaining HIPAA privacy and brand standards.

Qualified candidates have an associate degree or higher, 2+ years of customer service, and a passion for helping people; optical experience is a plus.

• Associate degree or higher or advanced certification.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience and collaborate with team to achieve store and clinical goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and inform them about products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and update on order status.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping duties as needed.
• Keep patient records confidential under HIPAA.
