Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor Technician at an on-site store to deliver outstanding patient service and ensure a smooth transition from clinical to retail teams.

You will greet patients, gather information, schedule appointments, and assist with product and service explanations while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Candidates should hold an associate degree or higher, have 2+ years in customer service, and be comfortable with technology; optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification OR currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients.
• Strong communication with diverse audiences.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and positive demeanor.
• Able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with other team members to accomplish store goals, clinical metrics and initiatives.
• Greet patients as they enter the store, identify needs and provide information about products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather necessary information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and inform on pending orders.
• Maintain brand standards and confidentiality of patient records per HIPAA.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
