Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Customer Service–oriented team member to serve as the welcoming first touchpoint in-store, guiding patients through the sales flow and coordinating with the clinical services team.

You will connect retail and clinical staff, schedule appointments, collect patient history, and help ensure accurate, on-time eyeglasses delivery while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities
