Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher-level certification or enrolment in a comparable program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, rapport building and empathy when interacting with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs and promote services and products.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and clinical teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and collect patient information for records and tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and relay status of all jobs to ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards with housekeeping and curbside/front desk duties as needed.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames and ensure orders are delivered on time and accurately.
• Notify management of lab issues, equipment problems or incomplete orders.
• Monitor delivery times and commitments to achieve 100% on-time performance.
