Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Store Team member to greet patients, facilitate sales, and bridge the gap between clinical services and retail teams. You will ensure a smooth patient flow, conduct basic pre-tests and assist with lens edging and assembly as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and input patient history and tests in the system.
• Assist management with patient concerns and keep status of all jobs updated.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with housekeeping as needed.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
