Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to support the patient journey at our Norman, OK store. This role centers on delivering outstanding customer service, facilitating sales, and ensuring a seamless connection between the clinical services and retail teams.

You will greet patients, gather information for smooth transactions, and assist in scheduling, evaluations, and after-care while upholding Stanton Optical’s service standards and commitment to affordable eyewear.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, rapport-building, and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Promote available products and services and assist in sales.
• Coordinate retail and professional services collaboration.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history in the system.
• Assist with complaint resolution and keep patients informed about status.
• Edge stock lenses, assemble into frames, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Meet delivery commitments to patients and ensure 100% service compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
