Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant Certification highly recommended.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide referral details and appointment arrangements for patients needing specialist visits.
• Follow-up with patients to ensure completion of referrals and obtain notes/reports.
• Verify patient insurance and information with partnering institutions.
• Document all patient information in the Electronic Health Record.
