Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to support patients and caregivers by phone and in person, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and insurance authorization. You will collect documentation, bill health plans, and coordinate with the branch team to resolve issues, while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and experience with multi-line phone systems, supporting a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of related work experience is required.
• Two years in an office, healthcare setting or call center is preferred.
• Experience using a multi-line phone system is preferred.
• English (reading, writing, verbal) skills required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line system and provide information or resolutions.
• Process branch duties including orders, insurance verification, and authorizations as required.
• Collect documentation to bill health insurance plans and maximize benefits.
• Gather information from referrals/patients to meet insurer guidelines.
• Handle credit card payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls and support duties.
• Support equipment downloads and basic device testing as needed.
