Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to support patients and caregivers by phone and in person, ensuring orders are received and processed accurately. You will assist with insurance documentation, authorizations, and timely billing to payors.

The role emphasizes a patient-focused, team-driven environment with opportunities to handle multiple systems and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced branch setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.
• Experience utilizing multi-line phone-system.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information.
• Process branch orders, review systems, confirm appointments and verify insurance.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and obtain authorizations as required.
• Review patient accounts and bill health insurance plans with required documentation.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
