Shields Health is seeking a Patient Care Representative/Tech Aide in Weymouth, MA to deliver courteous, efficient service in a clinic setting. You will greet patients, collect copays, assist with iPad check-in, and coordinate language services when needed.

Collaborating with technologists and radiologists, you will ensure smooth patient flow, handle mail, prepare for the next day, and maintain confidentiality across all patient groups while entering accurate data into our systems.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency required.
• Attention to detail and typing accuracy required.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to multi task and exceed customer expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, collect copay/deductible/coinsurance and explain the consent form.
• Assist patients with iPad check-in and troubleshoot issues.
• Recognize when language services are needed and arrange them.
• Distribute films/CDs while maintaining HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Collaborate with technologists/radiologists to ensure proper patient flow.
• Process mail and UPS deliveries; manage daily deposits.
• Prepare setup for next day’s appointments and flag issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient groups and data.
• Enter information into our systems and verify accuracy.
• Respond to scheduling emergencies and support waitlists.
• Assist in patient interview and scan room preparation.
• Keep management informed of impactful situations.
