• Collect co-pays and balance cash drawer; reconcile batches.
• Assist billing office with problem resolution as necessary.
• Notify clinical staff that patient has arrived via the EMR.
• Schedule follow-up and ancillary appointments; assist with forms.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and InterMed policies.
• Support mission and values of InterMed in daily duties.
