Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues.

• Proficient with Windows-based computer applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations with friendly, respectful communication.
• Check in/out patients; schedule follow-up and ancillary appointments.
• Collect payments and document accurately; balance cash drawer.
• Assist billing with problem resolution and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Notify clinical staff of patient arrival and manage appointment flow.
• Schedule patients in EMR with all necessary follow-up and ancillary appointments.
• Monitor confirmation calls and maintain patient records.
