Job summary

Performance Home Medical in Lyons, IL is seeking a Front Desk CSR to join our Customer Service Team. You will handle walk-ins, check-in for appointments, and coordinate with clinicians, referral sources, and insurance companies.

• Assist walk-in patients with check-in for appointments and questions.
• Explain insurance coverage criteria to dispense correct information.
• Professionally and courteously approach patients.
• Daily scanning and routing/reconciliation of tickets.
• Answer incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Provide on-the-job training as needed.
