Job summary

Duly Health and Care Lisle location is seeking a Patient Service Representative to handle front desk operations, patient check-in/out, scheduling, and insurance verification. You will use EPIC EMR to maintain patient records and support a positive patient experience.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at check-in/out and schedule appointments.
• Answer phones, verify insurance, collect copays, and manage referrals.
• Update patient demographics in EPIC and maintain accurate records.
