Performance Home Medical is seeking a motivated Delivery Technician to join our Operations Team in Lyons, IL. The role involves daily deliveries, equipment setup, and patient education, with a focus on reliable, courteous service.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, basic data entry, and coordinating with clinics and insurance providers. The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, with on-call duties and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks.
• Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment and service in-person and over the phone.
• Data entry and scanning.
• Procuring and completing any necessary documentation required by Performance Home Medical and contracted insurance companies.
• Perform basic warehouse duties (i.e. receiving, stocking, and cleaning).
• Operate phone systems in a professional manner.
• Greet patients in a clinical setting and complete screening questionnaires.
• Perform daily deliveries including set up, service, and explanation of equipment.
• Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment and service.
• Clean/maintain company vehicles, property, and equipment after daily usage.
• Rotating afterhours and weekend on-call schedule.
