Physical Therapy Solutions is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will warmly welcome arrivals, accurately collect demographics and insurance data, and manage appointments using electronic scheduling tools.

Position offers full-time hours with benefits; you’ll collect copays, communicate with therapists, and ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to plan completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in medical front office or healthcare administration preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems expected.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with patient-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and register new patients with demographic and insurance data.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments; answer multi-line phones.
• Collect copays and process payments following office procedures.
• Coordinate with therapists regarding scheduling and patient concerns.
