Job summary

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work independently while promoting AdaptHealth products and services within hospital settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• One year of work related to health care, administrative, insurance, customer service, or management.
• Experience in DME, Diabetes, Incontinence Sales is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up equipment and supplies in a timely, courteous manner.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and service options.
• Verify patient insurance benefits and discuss financial responsibilities.
• Process payments using electronic tools; obtain required signatures.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper working order; report issues.
• Promote products and services within hospitals; grow referral volume.
• Coordinate with departments to minimize delivery costs and improve service.
