AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Patient Liaison to support customer service, equipment deliveries in hospital settings, and marketing-related activities. You will verify patient insurance benefits, communicate financial responsibilities, and collect payments using AdaptHealth tools.

The role emphasizes professional patient interactions, accurate documentation, and educating patients and caregivers on equipment use and care plans. A clean driving record and healthcare exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associate Degree preferred.
• One year of work related to health care, administrative, insurance, customer services, or management.
• The exact job experience considered must be DME, Diabetes, Incontinence Sales.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of AdaptHealth policies and procedures applicable to this position.
• Represent AdaptHealth professionally with patients, referral sources, and hospital staff.
• Maintain and increase revenue from hospital/facility orders.
• Deliver equipment and teach patients how to use and maintain it; verify insurance benefits.
• Process payments using electronic tools; obtain patient signatures for documents.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
