AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a Patient Liaison to support customers, manage equipment deliveries, verify insurance benefits, and educate patients in hospital settings. You will communicate with patients, referral sources, and hospital staff to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires excellent communication, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• One year of healthcare, administrative, insurance, customer service, or management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Represent AdaptHealth professionally with patients, referral sources, and hospital staff.
• Deliver equipment, fulfill orders, and verify insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and care.
• Process payments and collect due amounts using electronic tools.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and follow PPE and safety protocols.
• Promote products and services to increase referrals within hospitals and care teams.
