Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Patient Liaison to support hospital-based deliveries, patient education, and insurance verification. This role blends customer service with field delivery duties and cross-sell opportunities across home medical equipment lines.

You will travel to hospital sites within the service area, process payments, coordinate equipment orders, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, administration, insurance, or customer service is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment and supplies to patients in hospital or facility settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate patient financial responsibilities.
