In this role you will greet, guide, and show gratitude, manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance, explain care recommendations, and help patients feel informed and at ease. You will collaborate with doctors and the dental team to maintain a smooth schedule and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dental, healthcare, hospitality or customer-service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a warm, welcoming environment and make every patient feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Guiding: Support patients throughout their visit, including check-in/check-out, insurance verification and answering questions about their care.
• Treatment Support: Help patients understand treatment recommendations, payment options and available financial arrangements.
• Patient Experience: Build trusting relationships with patients and help make their dental experience comfortable and stress-free.
• Communication: Answer phones, respond to patient questions and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and the dental team.
• Scheduling: Maintain an efficient schedule and help maximize opportunities for patients to receive the care they need.
