Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, guide them through their visit and explain treatment and payment options. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, informed and supported experience from arrival to departure.

In this fast-paced, team-oriented role, you’ll manage check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification and questions about care, while building trust and making every patient feel valued and at ease.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in dental/healthcare or customer-service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
