Qualifications

• 1+ year in a dental/healthcare/customer-service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport and create positive relationships with patients.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification.
• Explain treatment plans, payment options, and financial arrangements.
• Support patients to have a smooth and stress-free dental experience.
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions; communicate with doctors and team.
