Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our retail clinics across the country. You will support clinic operations, attract new patients, and manage patient interactions to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and inventory management while maintaining HIPAA standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to organize and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of our retail clinics nationwide and in local communities.
• Support clinic to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients and coordinating patient interactions.
• Manage administrative and operational tasks and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls (50–75 per day) and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Verify insurance information and assist with payment processing.
• Maintain office supplies and hearing aid inventory; keep the clinic CLEAN.
• Uphold HIPAA standards and provide excellent customer service.
