• Ensures all initial consultations, notes, lab reports are available to physicians before arrival.
• Opens chart encounters in AthenaOne and maintains patient records.
• Facilitates patient clinic by greeting and rooming patients.
• Takes vitals and records assessments in the patient chart.
• Enters orders, E-Prescribe information, and creates visit summaries.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and coordinates with staff.
• Represents physicians by screening calls and coordinating referrals.
• Keeps office equipment and supplies; supports compliance program.
