Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments across Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and external referrals.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Update patient contact information in the EHR system.
• Communicate scheduling needs with providers and staff and relay updates.
• Prioritize scheduling requests and triage urgent matters.
• Assist with training of new staff and block/provider templates as needed.
• Triage calls from physicians, patients, and families seeking care.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance info into registration databases.
• Support financial clearance and coordinate portal access where applicable.
