Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all patient appointments and communicate schedules to patients.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Assist patients, families, providers, and staff; address needs and questions.
• Update patient demographics and insurance in registration databases.
• Assist with financial clearance when needed.
• Triage calls from referring physicians and patients.
• Distribute work to program staff as appropriate.
• Support training of new staff and cross coverage as needed.
