Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors courteously.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness and inventory.
• Maintain safety and sanitary requirements.
• Assist with treatment room setup, supervision, and safety.
• Answer phones and relay messages.
• Schedule and remind patients for services; verify insurance.
• Meet patients on first visit for paperwork completion.
• Collect co-payments and process payments.
• Enter procedure codes into the EMR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per company guidelines.
• Perform end-of-day procedures and other office tasks.
