• Current CPR certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Learn front office operations per PCC II manuals (Scheduling/Billing/EMR).
• Greet, register and direct patients to appropriate department.
• Gather and update patient demographics, insurance and case information.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect payments.
• Schedule appointments and document accounts; maintain continuity of care.
• Proactively reschedule appointments and manage prescription timelines.
• Ensure accurate billing, receipts, and deposits; reconcile daily cash.
• Handle phone calls, referrals, and messages; support patient care flow.
• Assist in obtaining authorizations and precerts; review daily reports.
• Maintain orderly records and ensure compliance with policies.
• May perform light clerical duties and clinic cleaning as needed.
